We are a family-owned, minority-owned company, and our dedicated staff genuinely loves seeing clients succeed. Every technician is an in-house employee, never outsourced, working from our teams in Midland and Austin, Texas. We support clients in both English and Spanish.

Our leadership is led by CEO Rudy Mendoza. The next generation of the family has now joined the business, carrying forward the same values that started it all.

How SDSONE Started

Technology has been part of our story from the very beginning. Long before IT became a business necessity, our founder was learning how computers worked under the guidance of his father, an infrastructure analyst. What began as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong commitment to helping organizations solve real business challenges with reliable technology.

Shortly before the Y2K transition, that passion turned into an opportunity when a request to build 20 computers sparked the start of the company. After gaining hands-on experience with an internet service provider during the early growth of the internet, our founder developed deep expertise in networks, infrastructure, and business technology.

Recognizing a chance to offer a higher level of service and accountability, he built a client-focused IT company around long-term partnerships. We have served the Texas area ever since 2005.
